MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES

• Automated cutting and shearing capabilities up to 3/4" in mild steel and 5/8" in stainless steel
• Roll and press brake forming capabilities: 24 guage to 1/4", up to 10' long
• Welding: automatic longitudinal seam welder, MIG and TIG for stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum
• Painting: complete surface preparation and painting services available
• Crane capacity: up to 3 tons

PLASMA CUTTING SYSTEM

Our precision "fine plasma" cutting system produces laser-like quality for your large or small quantity needs. "Fine plasma" cutting offers the following benefits:

• Dimensional accuracy of +/-.004" provides precision part fit-up
• Excellent edge finish minimizes cleanup and weld preparation
• Computer controlled parts nesting minimizes material waste
• Capacity of up to 3/4" for carbon steel, 5/8" for stainless steel, and 1/2" for aluminum
• Lower cost than laser cutting

The result is a very accurate part with square edges and sharp corners, unlike outdated conventional plasma cutting systems.
